Hobart CUL-1 Low-Temperature Undercounter Dishwasher

The CUL-1 is a compact Centerline by Hobart undercounter machine that cleans with a 2-minute wash and sanitizes chemically, so it runs on a standard 120V circuit with no booster heater. Detergent, rinse-aid and sanitizer pumps come built in, and a sensing light warns staff when the sanitizer needs topping up.

Where it fits

A good match for coffee shops, bars, small cafés and break rooms that want a 20-inch rack machine under a 34-inch counter without adding a dedicated 208-240V line.

Installation notes

Needs a dedicated 120V, 20 A single-phase circuit, a 3/4" garden-hose fill with 120°F minimum water (140°F recommended) at 15-65 psi, and a drain the built-in pump can reach. Detergent, rinse-aid and chlorine sanitizer containers sit beside the machine; chemicals are not included.
