The Hoshizaki F-1530MAK2 is a 30" air-cooled modular flaker built for operations that go through a lot of soft, moldable ice every day. It turns out up to 1,734 lbs of flake ice in 24 hours, which makes it a strong fit for seafood and produce displays, supermarket cases, salad bars and healthcare settings where ice is packed around product or used for therapy.

Self-contained air cooling keeps installation simple: no remote condenser to mount and no condenser water line to run. The removable air filter slides out for cleaning, so routine care takes minutes.
