The Hoshizaki F-1530MWK2 is the water-cooled version of Hoshizaki's 30" flaker, rated for up to 1,622 lbs of flake ice per 24 hours. Water cooling holds production steady in hot, enclosed or poorly ventilated rooms where an air-cooled machine would struggle.

It is also the most energy-efficient model in this series at 3.15 kWh per 100 lbs. Run independent potable and condenser water supply lines and a separate condenser drain, and check local codes on water-cooled equipment before ordering.
