The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FW90 is a 30-inch modular cube ice machine head that makes up to 960 pounds of full cube ice a day. The 30-inch-wide cabinet is the most common modular footprint and sits on 30-inch bins or compatible dispensers.

Full cubes (about 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8") melt slowly and are the classic choice for bars, restaurants and mixed drinks.

This is the water-cooled version: the condenser uses water instead of room air, keeping heat out of the room and holding production steady in hot or tight spaces. It needs a condenser water supply and drain.

As part of the Elevation Series, it has a front-facing evaporator and dishwasher-safe components for easy cleaning, Harvest Assist for consistent production, and electroless nickel-plated evaporator plates. It uses R290 refrigerant.

Ice bin sold separately: this is an ice machine head only, with no storage. Pair it with a 30-inch Ice-O-Matic ice storage bin (or a compatible dispenser with the proper adapter kit) sized to your daily usage. Matching Ice-O-Matic bins: the 30" B40 (344 lb) or B55 (510 lb) mount directly with no kit; the 48" B110 (854 lb) needs the BPF-1 filler panel kit. The 22" B42 is not compatible.
