The Ice-O-Matic UCG100A is a self-contained gourmet cube undercounter ice machine that makes up to 114 pounds of ice a day and keeps 48.5 pounds ready in its built-in bin. It is pairing a tall 48.5-pound bin with strong daily output for restaurants, hotel bars and catering kitchens.

Its gourmet cubes are clear, dense and slow to melt (about 1.2" tall by 1.35" across), so drinks stay cold longer and look premium in the glass.

Air exhausts out the front, so the unit can be built in under a counter, and the low-profile top saves counter space. The cabinet is corrosion-resistant stainless steel with fingerprint-resistant trim, and the air filter is removable for easy cleaning.

It plugs into a standard 115 volt outlet. Production is rated at 70°F air / 50°F water; at 90°F air / 70°F water it is rated for about 95 pounds a day.
