The Kold-Draft GTX561LCE is a 30-inch modular cube ice machine from the Kold-Draft X-Series. It makes up to 459 pounds of ice in 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and about 426 pounds at 90°F air and 70°F water. The GTX560 series puts roughly 500 pounds a day into a 30-inch-wide X-Series cabinet, a good fit for busy bars and restaurants where a 42-inch head will not fit.

Kold-Draft's upside-down horizontal evaporator and water plate freeze a true 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" square cube. The cube is hard, dense, clear and slow to melt, so it holds up in cocktails, spirits and soft drinks and stays fresh in the bin.

This is the water-cooled (liquid-cooled) version: the condenser runs on a separate water line (3/8" FPT inlet, 1/2" FPT outlet) and puts very little heat into the room, useful in hot kitchens or tight spaces with poor airflow. Condenser water use is about 133.77 gallons per 100 lbs of ice at 90°F air / 70°F water, and condenser water pressure must be 20 to 100 psi.

Power is 115/60/1 with a 15.1 amp minimum circuit and 20 amp maximum fuse. It runs on standard 115-volt power.

Matching Kold-Draft bins: Kold-Draft pairs the GTX560 series with the KDB230 (230 lb, 30.25" wide) and KDB400 (400 lb, 30.25" wide) ice storage bins (sold separately). For the 30" KDB230 and KDB400 bins, Kold-Draft also offers an optional 4" leg kit (part 102146001, set of 4); the bins ship with 6" legs.

Water filter: Kold-Draft recommends water filtration on all of its ice machines. The matching filter for this model is the Kold-Draft TLC-107096F Nautilus single-cartridge filter system (2.1 GPM, 27,000 gallons; replacement cartridge TLC-3200S). Sold separately.

Kold-Draft warranty: 3 year parts & labor on the ice machine, plus 2 additional years (5 years total) on the compressor and ice cube evaporator, parts only. Labor must be performed by a Kold-Draft authorized service agency, and the machine must be installed and maintained to Kold-Draft's instructions.
