The Kold-Draft KD-110E is a self-contained undercounter ice maker from the Kold-Draft Cocktail Series. It makes up to 118 pounds of ice in 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water (about 111 pounds at 90°F air and 70°F water) and stores 60 pounds in its built-in bin. The 24-4/5-inch KD-110E is the largest Cocktail Series model, with the most production and storage for busy bars and restaurants.

The Cocktail Series makes Kold-Draft's 1" x 1" x 1-1/4" cocktail cube (a large cube), a clear, slow-melting cube for top-shelf drinks. Ice thickness is adjustable with low, medium and high settings, and a special cleaning mode simplifies routine sanitizing.

It is air-cooled and plugs into standard 115-volt power (7 amp minimum circuit, 15 amp maximum fuse). Kold-Draft requires the front to be completely unobstructed, at least 4 inches of clearance at the back and 0.06 inch at the top and sides, with room and water temperatures from 45°F to 90°F. The drain is a 1/4" hose (gravity drain).

Water filter: Kold-Draft recommends water filtration on all of its ice machines. The matching filter for the KD-110E is the Kold-Draft TLC-107096F Nautilus single-cartridge filter system (2.1 GPM, 27,000 gallons; replacement cartridge TLC-3200S). Sold separately.

Kold-Draft warranty: 3 year parts & labor on the ice machine, plus 2 additional years (5 years total) on the compressor and ice cube evaporator, parts only. Labor must be performed by a Kold-Draft authorized service agency, and the machine must be installed and maintained to Kold-Draft's instructions.
