The Koolaire KDP0250A is a 26-inch undercounter cube ice machine with a built-in storage bin, made by Manitowoc. It makes up to 228 pounds of ice in 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water (about 163 pounds at 90°F air / 70°F water) and holds up to 80 pounds in its bin. The KP0250 is the larger Koolaire undercounter model, with more production in the same 26-inch width and 38.5-inch height. It is an integrated ice maker and bin for small-volume sites such as bars, cafes, break rooms and convenience stores, and front airflow lets it go under a counter or beside other equipment.

It makes Koolaire's full-size Kube, a 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" dice cube. The square cube is slow to melt and fills a glass evenly, a good all-round choice for soft drinks, iced tea, water service and mixed drinks.

It runs on 115/60/1 power, 7 total amps on a 15 amp maximum fuse (HACR-type breakers can be used), and is factory-wired with a 6-foot cord. Koolaire rates it at 7.05 kWh and 15.9 gallons of potable water per 100 lbs of ice at 90°F air / 70°F water. Koolaire recommends 5 inches of clearance at the top, sides and back, though no minimum clearance is required.

Water filter: filtered water keeps scale off the evaporator and makes clearer, better-tasting ice. The matching filter for this model is the 3M CUNO ICE120-S ice machine water filter system, with the HF20-S replacement cartridge for change-outs. Both are sold separately.

Koolaire warranty: Koolaire's limited commercial warranty covers the ice maker for three (3) years parts and labor, the evaporator for five (5) years parts and labor, and the compressor for five (5) years parts and three (3) years labor.
