The L21EKDPS is the L21 hood machine with a built-in drain pump, so you are not tied to a floor drain right under the unit. It keeps the same 2/3/4-minute cycles, auto-start when the hood closes, and Thermocontrol, which holds the selected rinse temperature even during non-stop use.

Best for kitchens being remodeled or retrofitted, where the drain sits higher than the machine outlet, and for operators who want a hood-type throughput upgrade from an undercounter.
