The L21EKS is a single-rack hood machine that installs in a straight line or in a corner. Lowering the hood starts the cycle automatically, and stainless upper and lower wash and rinse arms clean from both sides. A hood safety switch and safety thermostat protect operators.

Where it fits

The step up from an undercounter for restaurants, schools and caterers that run steady volume through a dish table and want high-temperature sanitizing without a chemical program. It drains by gravity.
