The L25EKS is Lamber's larger hood machine. It opens to a 16.3-inch clearance for stock pots, sheet pans and tall pitchers, has a bigger 8.9-gallon wash tank, and adds a 15-minute intensive cycle to the 2-, 3- and 4-minute settings. Soft start and Thermocontrol help protect ware and keep rinse temperatures steady.

Where it fits

For high-volume restaurants, banquet kitchens and institutions that need hood-type throughput plus room for bulky prep ware. It drains by gravity.
