The S480EKDPS is the step-up Lamber glasswasher. A soft-touch electronic panel shows wash and rinse temperatures, and you can pick a 2-, 3- or 4-minute cycle depending on how dirty the glassware is. Double-wall insulated panels keep heat in and noise down behind the bar.

Installation notes
