The water-cooled IDP0600W-161 makes about 605 pounds of dice ice a day on 115 volt power, built for high-demand kitchens whose ice machine sits in a hot or tight space with little air movement.

Fit and installation: This is an ice machine head only; the storage bin is sold separately. It is designed to sit on a Manitowoc 30" D400 or D570 storage bin and needs a 115V single-phase circuit plus a condenser water supply and drain. Leave clearance around the cabinet for service and airflow as shown on the Manitowoc spec sheet.

Electrical note: This 115V model replaces the earlier 208-230V Indigo IDT0750 / IYT0750 heads. If you are swapping out one of those units, confirm the outlet and circuit before installation.
