The water-cooled UDP0240W is built for hot or poorly ventilated spaces such as enclosed bars and busy kitchens, where a water-cooled condenser keeps production steady and adds less heat to the room.

Rated at up to 240 lbs of 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" dice cubes per 24 hours, the UDP0240W stores up to 90 lbs in its built-in, insulated bin. It is water-cooled and runs on 115 volt single-phase power, and it uses R290, a natural, low-impact refrigerant.
