The water-cooled UDP0310W keeps a 30-inch NEO cabinet producing dice ice even in hot, enclosed spaces, while keeping condenser heat out of the work area.

Rated at up to 300 lbs of 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" dice cubes per 24 hours, the UDP0310W stores up to 119 lbs in its built-in, insulated bin. It is water-cooled and runs on 115 volt single-phase power, and it uses R290, a natural, low-impact refrigerant.
