The UYP0240W pairs half-dice production with a water-cooled condenser, a smart choice for tight back bars and warm kitchens where an air-cooled unit would struggle or dump heat into the room.

Rated at up to 235 lbs of 3/8" x 1-1/8" x 7/8" half-dice cubes per 24 hours, the UYP0240W stores up to 90 lbs in its built-in, insulated bin. It is water-cooled and runs on 115 volt single-phase power, and it uses R290, a natural, low-impact refrigerant.
