The CU3030SAX-1 is a 30-inch Prodigy-style undercounter that makes up to 329 pounds of ice a day and holds 110 pounds in its built-in bin, the most production and storage in the Scotsman undercounter line. It is a strong fit for busy bars, restaurants and hotels that need a self-contained machine under the counter.

It is air-cooled and front-breathing, so it can be built in under a counter with no side clearance; keep the front grille clear and the room between 50°F and 100°F.

It makes Scotsman small cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8". The half-size cube packs tightly in the glass and cools drinks fast, a good choice for fountain drinks and blended drinks.

It plugs into a standard 115 volt outlet on a 15 amp circuit.

Production is rated at 70°F air and 50°F water. At 90°F air and 70°F water it is rated for about 230 pounds a day and uses 6.72 kWh and 20.4 gallons of drinking water per 100 pounds of ice.
