The Scotsman HST21B-A is a stainless steel machine stand built to match the Scotsman HID525 and HID540 nugget ice and water dispensers. It raises the dispenser to a comfortable working height where there is no counter, and its back panel is designed to route the water, drain and power connections up to the unit.

This is the basic version: the same stainless steel cabinet sized to the dispenser footprint, without the locking door and interior shelf of the HST21-A.
