The MC0330MAX-32 puts Prodigy ELITE ice-making in a 30-inch-wide, 23-inch-tall cabinet that makes up to 365 pounds of ice a day. Its low profile and standard 30-inch footprint make it an easy match for 30-inch bins and many dispensers in restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores.

This model makes Scotsman medium cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". The full-size cube melts slowly, so it is a favorite for soft drinks, cocktails and bagged ice, and it holds up well in dispensers.

It is air-cooled, so no condenser water line is needed. Removable front-facing air filters make cleaning quick; leave room around the unit for air flow and keep the room between 50°F and 100°F. At 90°F air and 70°F water it is rated for about 283 pounds a day, and it uses 5.64 kWh and 19.0 gallons of drinking water per 100 pounds of ice.

It runs on 208-230 volt single-phase power, the common choice for commercial kitchens with a dedicated 208-230V circuit.
