The UC2024MWX-1 is a 24-inch undercounter cuber that makes up to 230 pounds of ice a day with 80 pounds of built-in storage. It is a strong all-round choice for restaurants, bars and convenience stores that need solid production under the counter.

This is the water-cooled version. The condenser uses water instead of room air, so it keeps heat out of the room and holds production steady in hot or tight spaces. It needs a condenser water supply and drain; it uses about 136.9 gallons of condenser water per 100 pounds of ice at 90°F air / 70°F water.

It makes Scotsman medium cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". The full-size cube melts slowly and is the classic choice for mixed drinks and soft drinks.

It plugs into a standard 115 volt outlet on a 15 amp circuit.

Production is rated at 70°F air and 50°F water. At 90°F air and 70°F water it is rated for about 176 pounds a day and uses 4.42 kWh and 21.8 gallons of drinking water per 100 pounds of ice.
