The UC2724MWX-1 is Scotsman's highest-output 24-inch undercounter cuber, making up to 282 pounds of ice a day with 80 pounds of built-in storage. It gives busy bars, restaurants and hotels near modular-level production without a separate bin.

This is the water-cooled version. The condenser uses water instead of room air, so it keeps heat out of the room and holds production steady in hot or tight spaces. It needs a condenser water supply and drain; it uses about 136 gallons of condenser water per 100 pounds of ice at 90°F air / 70°F water.

It makes Scotsman medium cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". The full-size cube melts slowly and is the classic choice for mixed drinks and soft drinks.

It plugs into a standard 115 volt outlet on a 15 amp circuit.

Production is rated at 70°F air and 50°F water. At 90°F air and 70°F water it is rated for about 232 pounds a day and uses 5.11 kWh and 26.1 gallons of drinking water per 100 pounds of ice.
