The UC2724SAX-1 is Scotsman's highest-output 24-inch undercounter cuber, making up to 282 pounds of ice a day with 80 pounds of built-in storage. It gives busy bars, restaurants and hotels near modular-level production without a separate bin.

It is air-cooled and front-breathing, so it can be built in under a counter with no side clearance; keep the front grille clear and the room between 50°F and 100°F.

It makes Scotsman small cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8". The half-size cube packs tightly in the glass and cools drinks fast, a good choice for fountain drinks and blended drinks.

It plugs into a standard 115 volt outlet on a 15 amp circuit.

Production is rated at 70°F air and 50°F water. At 90°F air and 70°F water it is rated for about 202 pounds a day and uses 6.47 kWh and 23.8 gallons of drinking water per 100 pounds of ice.
