The Star 615TF is a 15-inch Star-Max countertop gas griddle with a 1-inch thick polished steel plate heated by 1 U-shaped 28,300 BTU burner, one every 12 inches. A modulating thermostat set into the plate 3/16 inch below the surface holds each zone between 150°F and 450°F.
