The Star 624TCHSF is a 24-inch Star-Max countertop gas griddle with a 1-inch thick chrome plate heated by 2 U-shaped 28,300 BTU burners, one every 12 inches. A modulating thermostat set into the plate 3/16 inch below the surface holds each zone between 150°F and 450°F. The chrome plate releases food easily, cleans up fast and keeps more heat on the plate instead of in the room.
