The Star 624TSPF is a 24-inch Star-Max countertop gas griddle with a 1-inch thick polished steel plate heated by 2 U-shaped 28,300 BTU burners, one every 12 inches. Electronic snap-action thermostats hold each zone between 150°F and 450°F, and a pilot safety shuts off gas if the pilot goes out.
