The Star 736TCHSA is a 36-inch Ultra-Max electric countertop griddle with a 1-inch thick chrome-surfaced T1 steel plate. Every 12-inch section has its own 4.35 kW heating zone and snap-action thermostat, so you can run different temperatures across the plate. The chrome finish releases food easily and keeps more heat on the cooking surface.
