The Star 860TA is a 60-inch Ultra-Max countertop gas griddle with a 1-inch thick polished steel plate and 5 30,000 BTU burners, one for each 12 inches of width. Mechanical snap-action thermostats sense the plate temperature in each 12-inch zone and hold it anywhere from 150°F to 550°F.
