The Star UM1833A is an Ultra-Max countertop electric impingement oven. A centrifugal fan pushes hot air through nozzle plates above and below an 18-inch stainless steel belt, cooking pizza, sandwiches, wings and cookies faster and more evenly than a radiant conveyor.
