The Vulcan 36RB-N is a 36-inch heavy-duty radiant salamander broiler that mounts on a range riser. Six bar burners with stainless steel radiants spread heat evenly across the broiling grid. Dual controls let you run each side at its own setting, and the carriage moves up and down on a cool-touch lever.
