The Vulcan ABC7E-480 is a full-size ABC boilerless combi oven with simple three-knob controls for temperature, time and humidity. Set the temperature and the oven adjusts humidity on its own, so staff can steam, roast, bake, air-fry, proof and retherm without training on a touchscreen. It holds 7 full-size sheet pans (18" x 26") or 14 steam table pans (12" x 20").
