The Vulcan MSA60-101 is a 60-inch heavy-duty countertop griddle from the MSA series. A 1-inch polished steel plate holds heat under heavy loads, and an embedded snap-action thermostat in every 12 inches of plate gives each zone its own setting from 200°F to 550°F. Total input is 135,000 BTU on natural gas.
