The Vulcan TCM-101G-NAT/LP is a half size boilerless combi oven from the TCM series that steams, bakes, roasts, grills, air-fries, proofs and holds in one cabinet. Steam is made directly in the cavity, so there is no boiler to descale, and the touchscreen offers picture-based Touch & Go recipes alongside full manual control. It holds 10 steam table pans (12" x 20" x 2-1/2") or 10 half-size sheet pans.
