The Vulcan VCCB72-1 is a 72-inch heavy-duty countertop radiant charbroiler from the VCCB series. Reversible 5-1/4" cast iron grates can be set level or sloped for self-cleaning, and a pitched grease trough in each grate blade carries fat away to control flare-ups. Total input is 188,500 BTU on natural gas.
