The Vulcan VCH5 is a half-height electric cook and hold oven. It slow-cooks at up to 350°F, then drops automatically to a holding temperature of up to 250°F, so roasts, ribs and briskets finish on their own timetable and stay ready to serve. It also rethermalizes chilled product.
