The Vulcan VCW26 holds 26 gallons of tortilla chips warm and crisp. Chips go in through the wide top doors and come out at the bottom, so the oldest chips are served first. A fan moves warm air through the cabinet, and an internal baffle keeps chips from breaking as they settle.
