The Vulcan VG30-1 is a 30-gallon gas tilting skillet (braising pan) that browns, braises, sautés, simmers and grills in one large pan. A manual crank tilts the pan to pour product out through the front lip and strainer, and a spring-assisted cover holds open at any point for vented cooking.
