The Vulcan VST4B-1 is a single-deck upright chophouse broiler with a griddle top on a mobile stainless stand. Three 45,000 BTU ceramic burners fire down onto a large 35-1/2" x 27" floating grid with four positions, giving steakhouse-style searing, while the 1/2" griddle plate on top adds space for finishing and toasting.
