The Wells SS-206T is a heavy-duty, top-mount drop-in food warmer that holds one 12" x 20" full-size pan (or fractional pans) at safe serving temperatures. Its deep-drawn stainless pan and tubular element heat quickly and evenly, and the recessed thermostatic control is easy to set and keep clean.
